Micromax launches 4K-UHD Android TV range starting at Rs 39,990 on Flipkart

Micromax 4H UHD Android TVs are available in 42-inch and 49-inch options.

Micromax today launched two 4K Ultra High Definition televisions in sizes of 42-inch and 49-inch at Rs 39,990 and Rs 49,990 respectively. The new TVs will be exclusively available on Flipkart starting March 12.

The 49-inch variant runs on Android Kitkat 4.4 OS and comes preloaded with Google Play Store. With built-in WiFi, users can browse Internet, watch online videos and run applications. Its Smart Somato-sensory remote let users scroll through the menu as an Air Mouse or via voice commands and play pre-loaded motion sensors games, doubling it as game controller. By using the M! Screen feature, users can multitask, customise, share data on a home network via DLNA by pairing their smartphone/tablet with the television.

Rounding off the UHD screen are the box speakers which offers SRS sound system and 5 band equalizer. The 42-inch variant runs on Android Jellybean 4.2 OS and offers features like Miracast, smart remote with gravity sensors, dual core CPU and dual core GPU, 2GB of inbuilt memory and along with regular connectivity options.
