Dyson launches Purifier Cool Gen1 for Rs 39,900

Dyson today added a new product to its existing air purifier lineup. Called ‘Purifier Cool Gen1’, the latest from Dyson features the company’s core filtration technology and sports an LCD display that can show AQI in real time.

The Purifier Cool Gen1 comes with a HEPA H13 filter that can capture up to 99.95 per cent of pollutants as small as 0.1 microns. Dyson says the air purifier also features the company’s core filtration technology which also captures gases and odours and helps eliminate allergens and bacteria.

Powered by Air Multiplier technology, the air purifier has a range of 290 litres per second, meaning you can easily purify the air in a room of up to 27 metres square. It also supports 350-degree oscillation.

It features a ‘Night Mode’ that dims the display, makes the air purifier operation quieter and lets users turn off the purifier at select intervals like 1,2,4 and 8 hours. Purifier Cool Gen1 also sports a built-in automatic filter alert system that will notify users in case the filter needs to be replaced.

Dyson Purifier Cool Gen1 is available in 2 colours – ‘white’ and ‘white colourway’ and can be purchased from the official website and demo stores for Rs 39,900. However, as part of the company’s festive period offer, Dyson is offering a Rs 7,000 discount, bringing the effective price down to Rs 32,900.
