Hardik Pandya’s men go into the fourth T20I with a chance to level the series 2-2 at Central Broward Regional Park Stadium Turf Ground in Lauderhill in Florida. Despite the win in the previous game opening combination is still a concern for the team.

Yashasvi Jaiswal who came in place of Ishan Kishan could not make much of an impact in the last encounter. Shubman Gill on the other hand been on a poor run of form for the entire series. Suryakumar Yadav has hit form in the previous game and is a positive for the side in addition to that Tilak Varma has hit the ground running in international cricket.

West Indies on the other hand thus far has been too reliant on Rovman Powell and Nicholas Pooran with the bat in this series. They would be hoping the other batters to step up. Florida traditionally has been a good batting surface on which their batters can feast upon.

Here’s the few tip-off ahead of the fourth T20I

Umran Malik into the side

The series so far has been played on slow and low wickets hence India could go in with three spin options. However, Lauderhill has been batting friendly track and in the past high scores have been scored at this venue. Having an extra pace Malik instead of a spinner would add a different dimension to the bowling attack.

Shubman Gill to keep his spot

Though the 23-year-old has been going through poor run form he will keep his place in the side. The surfaces in the Caribbean have not suited Gill’s batting so far. The final two games at this venue might be an ideal opportunity for the youngster to make up for it his low scores so far in the series and display his batting prowess.

Jason Holder to return

Powell went with the Roston Chase in the previous game. The off-spinner did not have much of an impact on the game. With the series on the line, the West Indian skipper might go back to the experience of Holder who has played a pivotal role for The Men in Purple to go two up in the series.
