Smriti Mandhana’s RCB had a disappointing inaugural season of the WPL as they failed to reach the playoffs.
However, the RCB skipper surprised fans in the final group stage match against Mumbai Indians, where she rolled her arms over.
This was the first time that Mandhana had bowled in the tournament.
The video of her action went viral on social media, and several fans and even her India teammate Harleen Deol compared her action to Virat Kohli, who also has a unique action.
Seems like jersey no 18 has the same bowling action.. what say @mandhana_smriti ..!!!!!!

Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore by four wickets.
Chasing a modest 126-run target, Mumbai lost wickets early before all-rounder Amelia Kerr stepped. Her knock of 31 off 27 deliveries ensured Mumbai did not suffer any more hiccups and claimed a much-deserved victory.
Earlier, a three-wicket haul by Amelia Kerr helped Mumbai Indians restrict Royal Challengers Bangalore to 125/9 in 20 overs. Asked to bat first, RCB lost wickets in a quick succession. Later, Ellyse Perry and Richa Ghosh smashed 29 runs each but departed after a brief innings. Apart from Kerr, Nat Sciver-Brunt and Issy Wong scalped two wickets each while Saika Ishaque took one.
