Mushfiqur Rahim, Bangladesh’s wicket-keeper, took a dig at India after they lost the semi-final to West Indies by seven wickets at Wankhede Stadium on Thursday. Taking to microblogging website Twitter, he posted, “Happiness is this…!!! #Ha ha ha…!!! India lost in the semifinal” alongside a picture of MS Dhoni in the post match presentation ceremony.
This tweet was later removed by the Bangladesh player who was in the thick of the action in India’s win over the Bangla Tigers. Rahim had then skied a Hardik Pandya ball to concede his wicket. Later he admitted that it was his ‘impulsiveness’ that got the better of him. He also apologised to the nation for his mistake.

Although Rahim later apologised for the tweet by saying he did that because he’s a West Indies fan.
Sorry to all of you guys…as i am a big West Indies supporter but anyway sorry again for some harsh words…!!!!
