Though the first one-day international between India and West Indies was abandoned due to rain in Port-of-Spain, the Indian cricket team came out to practice in nets on Saturday ahead of their second one-day international at the same venue.
In their net session, captain Virat Kohli sweated it out with other members of the team. The Board of Control for Cricket in India tweeted out pictures of the Indian captain from the practice session.
In other pictures, pace bowler Umesh Yadav was seen at the nets. He was seen bowling some off-cutters to the batsmen. In the same photo, former India captain and wicket-keeper Mahendra Singh Dhoni was been seen in the background with the ball in his hands.

In the first ODI, West Indies won the toss and elected to field. Batting first, India opened with Shikhar Dhawan and Ajinkya Rahane. Both openers played positive cricket and put on a 132-run stand for the first wicket before Rahane was caught at mid-on.

Dhawan was also later dismissed for 87. Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni were at the crease when rain stopped play in the 40th over. India were 199 for the loss of three wickets after 39.2 overs.
India and West Indies are playing a five-match ODI series and will later play a one-off T20 international as well. India are third in the ODI rankings while West Indies are six ranks below them at number nine.
