Kidambi Srikanth, India’s lone man standing in the competition, sailed into the men’s singles final of Denmark Open Super Series on Saturday as he beat Hong Kong’s Wong Wing Ki Vincent in straight games.

Twitterati hailed praise on the Indian shuttler, who won the Indonesia Open and Australian Open this year. He beat Vincent 21-18, 21-17 to book a spot in the final against Korea’s Lee Hyun Il. Srikanth showed better strength and confidence in the match, taking an early lead and working on it.
