Former Union Minister Kapil Sibal on Saturday criticised the Narendra Modi government’s foreign policy, saying there was no clear agenda in the PM’s foreign visits.

“There is no clear agenda. At times, they embrace Pakistan, at other times they say they don’t want to talk. Pakistan’s Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has openly said that he is very disappointed that the government has not kept its promises. I cannot comprehend what the government is intending to do. The government itself does not know,” said the Congress leader.
