Liberhan Commission report totally political: Katiyar

BJP leader Vinay Katiyar alleged on Tuesday that clean chit to former prime minister Narasimha Rao by the Liberhan Commission proves that its report was “totally political”.

“If Liberhan has any proof of inflammatory speeches,then let him show it. He has not given it. It indicts A B Vajpayee. But gives a clean chit to Narasimha Rao. This proves it is totally a political report,” Katiyar said.

Katiyar’s comments came after the government tabled the Liberhan Commission report on Babri Masjid demolition in Parliament.

The BJP leader alleged that all the Commissions are “political in nature” and “whenever the government wishes to present them,they do so and if they don’t want,they don’t do it.”
