CHENNAI, March 1: A two-day national workshop on hospitality education will be held in the city by the Chennai-based Association of Education Institutes for Catering and Hotel Management from March 12. AEICHM vice president M R Sarangapani said that the objective of the workshop is to ensure co-ordination between academia and industry to enhance the quality of hospitality education.
