Man caught at airport with 44 lizards in pants
WELLINGTON: A German man who stuffed 44 small lizards into his underwear before trying to board a flight has been sentenced to prison in New Zealand for plundering the countrys protected species. Hans Kurt Kubus,58,will spend 14 weeks behind bars and must pay a 3,540 fine before being deported to Germany,the court ruled on Tuesday. Kubus,who was caught in December,had 44 geckos and skinks in his underwear.

LONDON: Singing sensation Susan Boyle said on Wednesday that she felt fine despite a break-in by a teenager at her home in Scotland,British media reported. Boyle saw a youth run out from her home in the small Scottish village of Blackburn as she returned on Tuesday night from recording a charity single for Haiti,The Sun said.
