Tricolour hoisted upside down at Coimbatore Collectorate

Much to the embarrassment of officials at the office of the District Collectorate here,the national flag was found hoisted upside down atop the building Friday. Inquiry revealed that the person responsible for this was transferred to the office a couple of days back and was not familiar with the exercise. The flag was hoisted properly once the matter was brought to the notice of the staff there.
