The Union Minister of State for Women and Child Development,Krishna Tirath,is at odds with some of the senior officials in her ministry. While Tirath wants a consultant to be appointed for giving her expert advice on all upcoming projects,the babus are naturally wary of the move. But the minister argues that a consultant will be able to give an outside view on the needs of the common man.
