Almost on a daily basis,his home witnesses visits by lawyers pleading their cases for appointment as law officers. But an additional solicitor general considered close to former minister H R Bhardwaj takes the cake when it comes to putting across his contention for retention,even promotion. This lawyer told Moily in the presence of a roomful of others,many of them lawyers,that he would serve him as well as he served Bhardwaj. Incidentally the same man played a very questionable role in the Bofors case.
