Merchandise related to Bollywood actors Shah Rukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor are the most sought after celebrity-related items for online buyers,Internet market place eBay India said today. According to online auction site eBay India's Bollywood sales barometer,products related to Khan account for a total of 2,047 listing on eBay,while Kapoor has total of 777 listings. The barometer measures the popularity of Bollywood actors on the basis of the quantity of team merchandise bought by fans on eBay India. King Khan is followed by Akshay Kumar and John Abraham at second and third place amongst the top 10 male actors. Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt also feature in the top 10 list for male actors,at fourth and fifth place,eBay said. Among the female actors,Rani Mukherjee was in second place,followed by Aishwarya Rai (3rd),Kajol (4th) and Preity Zinta (5th). "The eBay Bollywood Barometer provides a fun way to track celebrity popularity and saleability. eBay India's entrepreneurial sellers have listed celebrity-related products in response to buyer demand and hence all the popular stars feature here," eBay India Senior Manager (Pop Culture) Deepa Thomas said. eBay India offers a range of products like film magazine covers,DVDs,posters,dolls,press booklets,lobby cards,movies and books related to the stars. Amitabh Bachchan has cornered sixth place in the list of the top 10 actors in terms of merchandise for sale on eBay,followed by Aamir Khan (7th),Saif Ali Khan (8th),Ajay Devgan (9th) and Abhishek Bachchan (10th). Other female actors on the list include Madhuri Dixit (6th),Katrina Kaif (7th),Priyanka Chopra (8th),Deepika Padukone (9th) and Shilpa Shetty (10th).
