Seoul shares end in green

Seoul shares ended slightly higher on Thursday,sustaining their upswing and hitting another 16-week closing high.

Seoul shares ended slightly higher on Thursday,sustaining their upswing and hitting another 16-week closing high,supported by strength in techs and airlines,but weighed down by losses in telecommunications and banking issues.

The Korea Composite Stock Price Index finished up 0.15 per cent at 1,707.92 points,the highest close since early May.
