BSP founder-member R K Chaudhary on Tuesday merged his Rashtriya Swabhiman Party RSP with the BSP at a rally held in his stronghold of Mohanlalganj. The move marks Chaudharys return to BSP nearly 12 years after he floated the RSP in 2004.
