The board of Rodium Realty Ltd has decided to raise further capital for the company by way of a right issue.

The board of Rodium Realty Ltd has decided to raise further capital for the company by way of a right issue. The board has also appointed Nilesh Vikamsey as independent non-executive director. This is further to the recent appointment of Sudhir J Mehta as independent non-executive board member. “Vikamsey,with over 25 years of experience,is a Senior Partner at Khimji Kunverji and Co,a chartered accountant firm established in 1936. Mehta,with over 50 years of experience,is a reputed practising lawyer of the High Court,” it said.
