Yoga guru Ramdev Saturday refused to rule out Hindutva leaders like Sadhvi Ritambhara sharing dais during his joint fast with Anna Hazare in June,a demand reportedly put forward by Team Anna.
He sought to downplay the uneasiness in Team Anna over the alliance with him,saying he has not heard any opposing voices. The team had expressed unhappiness at his one-up manship. Hum chahte hei ki sabka buddhi ritambhara ban jaye. I wish everybody is pious. The question is not about individuals. It is about issues. The issue is about saving the country, he said when asked if he had promised Anna that leaders like Sadhvi Ritambhara will not share dais with them.
7 women die in boat capsize
Seven women died after a boat carrying them capsized in Phulwaria dam on Nawada Saturday morning. The incident took place when 10 people from Rajauli hired a boat at the picnic spot of Phulwarai dam.
Nawada superintendent of police S L Das said that some women were standing in the boat to get their photographs clicked when the boat lost suddenly balance and capsized.
Three men who were in the boat swam to safety while seven women,who did not know swimming,could not save their lives.
