Prism Informatics buys Saudi co

The company did not disclose the financial details of the deal.

Software firm Prism Informatics on Tuesday said it has acquired 51 per cent stake in Saudi Arab-based Information Management Technologies (IMT) for an undisclosed amount.

The company has purchased the stake from IMT’s parent company Al Suwaidi group,Prism Informatics said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The company did not disclose the financial details of the deal.

IMT provides end-to-end IT solutions for broadband wireless communications,infrastructure management and maintenance,IT-security solutions and e-commerce applications,the filing added.
