Mentally ill,handicapped woman raped in Nagpur

A 40-year-old mentally unstable and physically challenged woman was allegedly raped in Nagpur.

A 40-year-old mentally unstable and physically challenged woman was allegedly raped in Dammanand Nagar locality in the city,police said today.

The accused,identified as 35-year-old Ramsingh Gopisingh Mehto has been arrested under relevant sections of the IPC,they said.

The accused sexually assaulted the woman yesterday,following which the victim’s daughter lodged a complaint with the police.
