A high-level panel headed by economic affairs Secretary Arvind Mayaram is likely to submit its report on alleged irregularities at the National Spot Exchange Ltd NSEL on Monday to the finance minister. Sources said the panel has found minor systemic failure in the functioning of the exchange.
Draft bill to resolve PPP disputes soon
The Planning Commission will soon finalise a draft bill to put in place an institutional mechanism for speedy resolution of the Public Private Partnership PPP disputes and place it before the Cabinet for approval next month.
