Lanco Infratech said it has launched a leadership development institute for its employees in Gurgaon.

Integrated infrastructure giant Lanco Infratech said it has launched a leadership development institute for its employees in Gurgaon.

The Lanco Academy was inaugurated by Power Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde. Accenture USA Managing Director David Smith was also present at the inauguration.

“This academy is a strategic initiative which aims at enhancing employees’ managerial,leadership and business capability at the individual,team and organisational levels,” Lanco Infratech said in a statement.

Speaking during the occasion,Lanco Infratech Executive Chairman L Madhusudan Rao said: “People are the key to growth in the future. Building quality human capital is the essence.

This is the very purpose of setting up Lanco Academy developing an internal leadership pipeline and nurturing a unified culture.”

The 30,000-square foot academy is is equipped with modern infrastructure and state-of-the-art technology.
