The hearing of Karunanidhis wife Dayalu Ammals plea for exemption from appearing as a witness in the 2G case was deferred to Thursday after the judge recused herself from hearing the case on Wednesday. High Court Justice Veena Birbal said she was unable to hear the case and sent the matter to the Judge in charge for listing before a different Bench.
