Kai Po Che! completes Ahmedabad schedule

Tia Bajpai will soon head for Kashmir to shoot for Identity Card a satire on terrorism in Kashmir. Produced by RKF & AMP films it is directed by Rahat Jazmi who had last helmed Impatient Vivek.While Tia plays the female protagonist Saurabh Shukla and Raghuveer Yadav play the male leads.

Chakrvyuh wraps up

Prakash Jha wrapped up the shooting of Chakrvyuh last week. The film,which was shot over a period of almost two months in the dense jungles of Panchmari in Madhya Pradesh,talks about the Naxalites. Arjun Rampal,Abhay Deol and Manoj Bajpayee feature in prominent roles.

Dubbing in progress for Jolly LLB

Arshad Warsi and Amrita Rao are presently dubbing their lines for Jolly LLB,a comedy directed by Subhash Kapoor,of Phas Gaya Re Obama fame. The film is a satire on the judicial system of India and Warsi plays the title role of Jolly LLB.

YRF film shoot in London

Yash Chopra’s untitled film with Shah Rukh Khan,Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma,resumed shooting in London this week. This is the first look of Anushka with Shah Rukh Khan on location. The movie also once again brings together the formidable team of A. R. Rahman and Gulzar.

The film is scheduled for a Diwali 2012 release.

Dalhousie shoot complete

Ranveer Singh and Sonakshi Sinha recently returned to Mumbai after a 10-day spell in Dalhousie where they were shooting for Lootera. With this schedule over there is just one more schedule left in Mumbai for the Vikramaditya Motawane directed project. Lootera,a period love story is slated to release in October.
