Aspire Human Capital Management firm becomes the first Indian Organization to reach the Final Stage of prestigious John P. McNulty Prize.

The prize is aimed at felicitating extraordinary young leaders making creative,effective and lasting contributions to their communities. The $100,000 award,named in memory of the business leader and Aspen Institute Trustee John P. McNulty.

The prize is conferred by The Aspen Institute,USA.

The prize seeks to galvanize efforts to address the foremost social,economic and political challenges of our time by recognizing the best of the exceptional leadership projects undertaken by the fellows of the Aspen Global Leadership Initiatives around the world. The finalists were announced at the annual Aspen Ideas Festival.

Commenting on the nomination for this globally recognized award,Amit Bhatia,Founder & CEO Aspire said,“This nomination is a huge motivation for us and serves as a global recognition for our initiatives towards talent development”

The finalists went through a rigorous shortlisting process and were selected on the basis of creativity and unique approach of addressing the issue followed by exceptional implementation of the idea and its overall immediate and long term impact on individuals,organizations and community.

Other finalists for the award include High Resolves Initiative,Australia; Rocketship Education,California; Glasswing International,El Salvador.

The winner of the John P. McNulty Prize will be selected by an international panel of judges including former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright; Judith Rodin,President of the Rockefeller Foundation; and Olara Otunnu,International Statesman from Uganda. Previous jury members for the award included the famous entrepreneur Richard Branson and Bill Gates Sr.
