Devoid of any separatist viewpoint,the Centres interlocutors will present an initial document tracing the contours of a permanent political settlement in Jammu and Kashmir within next two weeks.
We are going to present an initial document of the contours of a political settlement within next two weeks, said Dilip Padgaonkar,leader of the three-member interlocutors group,here on Wednesday.
We,obviously,won8217;t be able to factor in what the separatists want,as they have decided not to talk with us. So,what do they expect us to do, he said,adding that if they had at least sent us published documents on their respective stands,we would have certainly factored those in our report.
