‘I hit the gym whenever I can’

Breakfast is usually some fruit or toast. Lunch is regular home food—dal,roti,rice and sabzi.

Tell us about your daily diet.
Breakfast is usually some fruit or toast. Lunch is regular home food—dal,roti,rice and sabzi. Dinner is the same,although I try to eat less carbs at night. Every weekend,I don’t follow a fixed diet and eat whatever I feel like eating. 

What’s your exercise routine?
There is no fixed routine. I hit the gym whenever I can.

What’s your favourite food?
Anything that is prepared well.
Is there anything you binge on?
Dark chocolates.  

What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
I would never want to put on weight but if I had to lose it,I’d probably exercise more and follow a healthy diet. 

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I’ve never tried to stick to one.
What is your idea of health?
Being happy on the inside and looking healthy.u
