Tell us about your daily diet.
I wake up to a cup of tea and two biscuits. Breakfast is poha or upma and eggs. After workout,I drink a protein shake and after two hours later,I have lunch which is three rotis,one vegetable,one bowl of dal and curd.
In the evening,I have apple or pomegranate,egg and bread. Dinner is two rotis,two vegetables and dal. If I am up till late,I have fruits as my dietician has told me to eat three fruits a day.
Whats your exercise routine?
I exercise on alternate days. One day I do a whole-body workout at the gym,the next day I do weights and the day after that I do cardio. The following day,I do power yoga with suryanamaskar.
Whats your favourite food?
Paneer,dal makhani and garlic naan.
Is there anything you binge on?
Malai chaap,a Bengali sweet.
What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in hurry?
For putting on weight,I would eat a lot of malai chaap and sleep a lot too. For losing,I will stick to my diet,jog,do power yoga and swim.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
A couple of times,specially during shoots.
Whats your idea of health?
Keep off smoking,oily food and sweets for a good,healthy and long life.
