BJP sources said the entire cabinet of 33 ministers is likely to be sworn in Thursday if cleared by the party high command. Most of the 24 ministers from the Gowda cabinet would continue while one or two who are facing investigations like forest minister C P Yogeshwar could be dropped, sources said. Ten fresh faces are expected.

The issue of two deputy chief ministers — Eshwarappa and R Ashok — remained unresolved and more clarity would emerge only after meetings with the high command, sources said.
