The countrys biggest steel maker SAIL is has landed in trouble with steel minister Beni Prasad Verma lashing out at its top brass for its continued poor performance. In course of a quarterly performance review,the minister piled on its chairman and other directors for failing to improve the maharatna steel makers bottom line. So livid was Verma that he walked out of the meeting saying that the reasons provided by the management was unacceptable.
