Dengue has reached the Supreme Court, and almost up to the Chief Justice of India. Two judges who flank CJI S H Kapadia have fallen victim to the worst outbreak in the Capital in five years.

Sources said Justice K S Radhakrishnan, who sits on the right of Chief Justice Kapadia, has been down with dengue since last week. Earlier,Justice Swatanter Kumar, who sits on the CJIs left, was diagnosed with dengue, the sources said.

CJI Kapadia and Justices Radhakrishnan and Kumar form the principal Regular Bench of the Supreme Court.

While Justice Kumar, looking a little wan,was seen back beside the CJI on Friday,Justice Radhakrishnans absence was marked when the Green Bench,of which he is a vital part, postponed its sitting on Friday.
