Parsvnath,Red Fort to develop office complex
NEW DELHI: Parsvnath Developers Ltd PDL has partnered with Red Fort Capital to develop Red Fort Parsvnath Towers,a modern,state-of-the-art commercial office complex located in the heart of New Delhis Connaught Place on Bhai Veer Singh Marg. PDL has executed a concession agreement with Delhi Metro Rail Corporation DMRC to deliver the project on a BOT basis for a consideration of Rs 995 million. The firms will jointly develop the landmark Grade A commercial office complex according to international standards.
HDIL arm plans Mumbai hotels
MUMBAI: HDIL Leisure,a wholly-owned subsidiary of HDIL,is planning to set up hotels in Versova in Mumbai and Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh,according to a report. The report stated that the company is executing its first hotel project in Mumbai at Juhu and with around 250-rooms would be operated by the Hilton group under the brand Conrad.

MUMBAI: Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry MCHI,Indias most prominent body of real estate builders and developers,showcased properties of renowned builders from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region MMR and select Indian cities at PROPERTY 2010,the 17th edition of the Housing Finance and Real Estate exhibition,which was held at the MMRDA grounds in Bandra Kurla Complex from October 21st to October 24th.
