Kim Jong-il pics used as target in S Korea
LONDON: A number of South Korean army training centres are using pictures of North Koreas leader Kim Jong-il and his son Kim Jong-un,as targets on rifle ranges,a top official said. Each centre has freedom to decide its own training procedures,The Daily Telegraph quoted a South military spokesperson saying.
