NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will embark on a visit to Pretoria on Monday to attend the trilateral India-Brazil-South Africa (IBSA) summit. The fifth IBSA summit of the three leading emerging nations of three different continents will take place on October 18.

The proposal for consolidation will come up for discussion at the 44th Session of Standing Labour Committee to be held here on Monday.
