Bouquets for Chawla

IT was a coincidence,but an interesting one. When a Rashtrapati Bhawan communiqué announced the nomination of Navin B Chawla as the next Chief Election Commissioner,he was being received with bouquets by various official delegations in Lucknow. As part of the three-member election panel,Chawla was in Lucknow to oversee the poll preparations there. Chawla,incidentally,is known to send all such bouquets that he routinely receives to the Missionary of Charity or various orphanages.
