Bank of Baroda profit up 17 pct in Oct-Dec
Bank of Baroda reported a 17.52 per cent growth in net profit at Rs 832.49 crore for the October-December quarter this fiscal.
Public sector lender Bank of Baroda reported a 17.52 per cent growth in net profit at Rs 832.49 crore for the October-December quarter this fiscal.
The bank had a net profit of Rs 708.37 crore during the December quarter last financial year.

During the quarter,the lender8217;s earning from interest rose Rs 4,176.97 crore from Rs 4,108 crore of the corresponding period a year ago,Bank of Baroda said in a filing to the National Stock Exchange.
Shares of Bank of Baroda were quoting at Rs 519,down by 2.72 per cent in the afternoon trade on NSE.
