Electrical appliances maker Bajaj Electricals Ltd said on Thursday it has priced its qualified institutional placement of 2.05 million shares at Rs 785 a share.
The company will raise Rs 1.6 billion via placement to institutional buyers,it said in a statement to the BSE.
