Kangana Ranaut has found the ultimate way to stay grounded 8212; yoga. The petite actor is no stranger to controversy 8212; what with umpteen stand-offs with her directors and co-stars and her much-publicised love affairs. But she believes that it is yoga that helps her maintain the discipline that she needs in her life. She started training with her guru Surya Narayan four years ago when she was a beginner in the industry and she strongly believes that it was the best decision she made in her life. 8220;I8217;ve discovered, harnessed and built much greater physical and mental strength through this practice, which is essential to survive the physical strain of shooting long hours and the emotional rigour that acting and being a part of the industry demands,8221; she says.

Lucky charm
TISCA Chopra seems to be a favourite with debutant directors. First Aamir Khan cast her in his directorial debut Taare Zameen Par and now she8217;s appearing in Nandita Das8217; first venture as a director 8212; Firaaq. When asked about this coincidence, Tisca laughs and says, 8220;I hope I8217;m lucky for them.8221; Well, she was lucky for Aamir; let8217;s hope that charm works for Nandita as well. As for Tisca, she can8217;t stop raving about Nandita; seems like she had a fantastic time working with the firebrand actor-turned-director.
