Largest frost-free fridge

Godrej-GE appliances today rolled out what the company claimed is the largest frost-free refrigerator made in India. The 400 litre refrigerator is the newest member of the frost range.

According to the company, the refrigerator is suited to Indian conditions and includes features like curd-o-matic and nutri-saver. Curd-o-matic sets curd and prevents it from souring. Nutri-saver is an infra-red lamp in the chiller zone which retards bacterial growth on food stored in the section. Intellflo is another feature which supplies cold air to different storage areas. Manufactured at the Vikhroli plant in Mumbai, the fridge is available in selected major towns.
