
NEW DELHI, January 27: With the second Test between India and Pakistan scheduled to be held at the Ferozeshah Kotla grounds here from February 4, sale of tickets for the match will begin tomorrow January 28 at designated branches of Punjab and Sind Bank.
The Delhi and District Cricket Association DDCA has decided to send complimentary tickets through courier to all cricketers who have represented the state this season Ranji, u-16, u-19. Former Ranji Trophy cricketers and Test umpires residing in the Capital will be invited to witness the match along with their wives.
DDCA general secretary S P Bansal informed that eleborate security arrangements have been made in and around the stadium in co-ordination with Delhi Police. 8220;We have taken precautions, including affixing of tamper-proof hologram on tickets and deployment of private detective agencies to ensure avoidance of any mischief in regard to tickets,8221; he cautioned.
Bansal informed that adequate arrangements have been made for water, soft drinks and eatables outside each enclosure. Sufficient parking space will also be made available for the convenience of the spectators, he added.
DDCA president Ram Babu Gupta said the match would be of six hours duration each day, with the pre-lunch session from 10 am to 12 noon; 12.40pm-2.40 pm being the second session of play; and 3 pm-5 pm the final session. A V Jayaprakash of Karnataka will be one of the umpires while S K Sharma Mumbai will be the television umpire.

Club House 1st floor: Rs 6,000 season at Connaught Place G Block; DDCA Enclosure: Rs 2,500 season at Daryaganj; Special Enclosure: Rs 1,500 season at Anand Vihar; General Enclosure: Rs 500 season at Gujrawalan Town; General Enclosure 8212; concessional: Rs 300 season atDefence Colony, S D Enclave, Paschim Vihar, Patel Nagar and Santpura Extension.
