Will the scripts for the acts be created by the contestants?
We8217;ll obviously have some help from scriptwriters, but we8217;ll have to do a lot of work ourselves.

Do you think that increasingly the reality shows are scripted?
My first reality show was Nach Baliye. Back then we were all so new to the idea. We had no idea what to do, so everything was fresh. We didn8217;t cook up anything. But by the end, we8217;d figured out what works and what doesn8217;t. It8217;s the same now. People see what worked before and they go ahead and try out those same formulae. But I wouldn8217;t blame the contestants entirely. It also depends on the questions that they8217;re asked on the show by the hosts or the judges. If a certain kind of question is asked, everyone will react the same way, so it looks scripted.

Do you think that8217;s why there8217;s an audience for such shows?
If a person is revealing their innermost thoughts on the screen, then of course people want to see it. It8217;s natural. As for whether these people can control themselves on screen, it8217;s very difficult. They come on the show thinking that they can master their emotions, but trust me, it8217;s very difficult. The first day of rehearsals and they8217;re bawling their hearts out. And that baring of emotions is something that everyone, unwittingly or otherwise, is very attracted to.

You8217;re also starring in another show. Tell us about that.
I have a cameo on Meet Mila De O Rabba. It8217;s a very spicy cameo. But I won8217;t reveal more than that. You have to watch the show to find out more.

And how about a music album?
Making a music album is hard work and I haven8217;t gotten down to creating a new one. But as soon as I get a good idea, I8217;ll start working on it.

Any chances of seeing you with your husband Varun Badola on screen?
Not in the near future.
