Woman ends life in city
A young woman committed suicide by hanging herself during the early hours of Wednesday, the Udhna police said. Though earlier a case of suicide due to unknown reason had been registered, investigations proved that the deceased Sharda Rathod had an argument with her husband Himmat Rathod, the police added. According to the police the woman took the extreme step over a fit of emotion.

Body recovered
The Kapodara police on Thursday evening recovered the dead body of an unidentified 65-year-old man near the Puna village bus stand and have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC. The police said that the body has been sent to the New Civil hospital for further examination. As the body does not bear any injury marks, the person may have died due to some disease, the police presume. The case is being investigated.
