CHANDIGARH, June 21: The Super Bazar workers have resumed their agitation, which was suspended on May 26, following the management8217;s failure to keep up its promises. Their long pending demands include uniform to Class IV employees, job for dependents on compassionate grounds, selection grades to salesmen and computerisation of sale counters.

Addressing the rally, president and general secretary, respectively, of the workers union Mohinder Singh and Kamaljit said that the agitation would go on till their demands were accepted by the management.

UT Subordinate Services Federation general secretary P.S. Lamba spoke on the occasion and urged the Administration to transfer the General Manager and Accounts executives for the losses in the Super Bazar.
