ALLAHABAD, January 1: A student was killed and two others were seriously injured in an exchange of fire between two groups in Tara Chand hostel of the Allahabad university here last night. The students of the hostel had arranged a cultural programme on the eve of the new year. During a dance, a heated altercation took place between two students and they clashed.
