A new study suggests that couch potatoes get hungrier than active types. Researchers from University of Massachusetts studied six young fit men and women, doing 12 hours of physical labour on one day and sedentary jobs on the two next days. Surprisingly, the subjects reported feeling hungrier after the couch potato scenarios than after the active sessions.
