CHANDIGARH, May 1: JAGDISH Sagar, Adviser to the UT Administrator, will inaugurate the shramdan to desilt Sukhna Lake, here, on May 6.
The mechanical desilting operation is already been on since April 6. Home Secretary Anuradha Gupta has urged the residents of the City to make the venture a success. Shramdan will be inaugurated at the regulator end of the lake.
