National Stadium (Delhi) under-12 cricket team rounded off its Bhopal tour with a resounding eight-wicket win over BHEL.

Sandeep Karki, Nakul Chopra and Vikram Mahajan (all from National Stadium) were declared best batsman, all-rounder, bowler and man of the series, respectively.

All-round performances by Shonit and Ekant helped Bal Bharati Public School beat Salwan Public School (Morning) by 53 rund in the Bro. Dunne sixth inter-school tournament at Mt St Mary’s School.

Central triumph
Central Zone, winners of Vijay Hazare Trophy for u-16 inter-zonal, won the Polly Umrigar Trophy beating the Rest of India by 16 runs at Rohtak, according to reports reaching here.

In another match, Indian Airlines prevailed over Ajanta Press by six wickets to enter the final. Onkar Singh (49) and Pardeep were the top scorers for the winners.
