CHANDIGARH, Feb 8: Inaugurating the two-day national seminar on Educational Technology and Instructional Processes here today, Panjab University Vice-Chancellor M.M. Puri stressed the need for an information revolution to conscienticise people.
He used the occasion to give a call to learn to distinguish between information delivery and imparting education.
