CHANDIGARH, Nov 20: Rupinder Singh’s excellent cue-ball control enabled him to outplay Manoj Kumar 63-3, 55-13, in the opening match of the 16th Chandigarh State junior billiards and snooker tournament at Chandigarh Billiards Coaching Centre-22 here today.
In another match Manmeet Oberoi got the better of Avi Asijia 52-45, 45-38.
